Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring
Delivered online, with additional one-to-one tutor support, this qualification is ideal for those who have a responsibility for coaching and mentoring as a part of their role and is suitable for any industry. To achieve this qualification, you will need to complete a workbook, assignment, coaching records, and 12 hours of practical coaching.
Level 3 Award in Undertaking End-Point Assessment
Delivered online, with additional tutor one-to one support, this qualification is aimed at those interested in becoming an Independent End-Point Assessor. It will provide specific knowledge and skills about end-point assessment processes and practice. It is designed to support individuals with sector competence who would like to gain a more specialised understanding of End-Point Assessment. To achieve this qualification you will need to complete a workbook and practical activities relating to End-Point Assessment.
Level 1 Award in Safeguarding in a Learning Environment
This course aims to help individuals understand their responsibilities for safeguarding people in a learning environment. Individuals will gain information on how to recognise and respond to a disclosure and how to report and record concerns. To gain this qualification you will be required to complete a workbook, online learning activities and 1:1 sessions with your individual tutor.
Individuals will be certificated by MHFA England as Mental Health First Aiders. This course is for those wanting to support and help those who are experiencing mental health problems, before professional help is obtained. Level 2 Award in Equality and Diversity
Delivered online, with additional tutor support if required, this qualification is designed to support learners who wish to gain an understanding about the principles of equality, diversity and rights or refresh their knowledge. It is designed to improve insight into Equality and Diversity across all sectors and can be used as a stand-alone qualification or go towards continuous professional development. This qualification is gained through the completion of a workbook.
Equality and Diversity Programme

Delivered at The Holocaust Exhibition and Learning Centre, giving learners exclusive access to exhibition and historical collections. NEPA are working with The Holocaust Exhibition and Learning Centre a part of the University of Huddersfield to bring you a unique Equality and Diversity Training Programme, exploring the darkest parts of modern history to understand how to effectively challenge prejudge and discrimination today.
By using case studies of three 20th Century dictatorships, participants will learn how individuals subconsciously contribute to racism, violence, and extremism. This programme reveals key methods that identify the early warning signs of discrimination and complicity, so that equality, diversity and inclusion can thrive across all levels of an organisation.
